I am currently using nagios to check 8 servers. On one of these servers, we have SSO with NFS (shared home directories), and these therefore, carry over to all servers. So in essence, the /home directory on every server is exactly the same and contains the same files, it just reads them from a shared home directory server.
I would like to remove the check that nagios does to remote hosts of the /home directory. It gets a little tiresome to acknowledge that 8 servers have the exact same problem when I know they are all having the same problem. currently I am using the check_disk script that comes with Nagios core 3.2.3 and I am using nrpe to monitor my remote hosts.
