Hi,
I got a problem with /usr/local/nagios/var/rw/live file. My Nagios is running and everything looks fine but I dont have this file ! I use CentOS 5.5, an Nagios 3.2.3.
Does anybody can help me ?

This file is only used with an addon called MKLiveStatus, it is not required for Nagios Core to run. Nagios Core reads it's status data from the /usr/local/nagios/var/status.dat file. The "live" file is a live data socket that is only available if you've installed MKLiveStatus. It's for improved performance on large monitoring environments.
