[Nagios-devel] Refactor logic for next valid time

Hi list,
A couple of excellent tests by Jean Gab=C3=A8s - marked as todo - pointed=
out
problems with how nagios calculates the next valid time in a timeperiod t=
hat
has complicated combinations of exceptions and exclusions.
This patchset refactors the relevant code to fix all failing tests, as we=
ll as adds a
new one.
