I have used Nagios before but is my first time to install it. Everything installed correctly following the Fedora quickstart guide. The first time I was able to logon to nagios with nagiosadmin and was able to see all the panels. after rebooting I can no longer see any panel except the "home" and "documentation" links.

When I try to start nagios in terminal I get this message;
[root@Fedora01 ~]# service nagios start
Starting nagios:This account is currently not available.
done.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also noticed these errors in Apache logs.

You've got a problem somewhere with permissions. There should be a nagios and nagcmd user on your system. Also check the file permissions/ownership of the files in your nagios/shared directory. The php scripts are complaining because they don't have permission to execute external commands on the system.
