Hi all,
I'm currently working on a business project, and I need to build an integrated architecture with Nagios + ticketing tool + CRM platform, to offer a great support to my customers
I found that Nagios+OTRS+SugarCrm have some common connectors, but I can't find any users or developer able to give me feedbacks or may be who tried with an other archi.
Is there someone on this forum that can help me ? Did someone worked on a similar project ?
