Bah. My patch for check_ntp at least allowed it to run under epn, but the
FindBin module is using my nagios' 'bin' directory, and not the 'libexec'.
Probably because that is where the nagios plugin is. I'm not exactly sure
what's going on, but I'll submit another diff later when I get it fixed
(really, this time).
