Hi Jan
The current limitation of 352 char is based on the limits placed by
Linux/OS pipe. While other OSes may/do support larger, the solution would
not be portable.
It may improve in the post 1.0 release as we look at a socket based
interface.
Also - why did you modify the nagios core for SAP and not do so via a
plugin?
BTW: I didn't see any attachements on this.
