MRTG not graphing

I am a newbie to Nagios. I have mrtg installed and I am running nagios core. The error I am getting is (check_mrtgtraf: Unable to open MRTG log file). Here is what my .cfg file looks like for the MRTG
define service{
use generic-service ; Inherit values from a template
host_name 7609 Core
service_description TE 3/4 LEVEL3 Bandwidth Usage
check_command check_local_mrtgtraf!!/var/www/html/mrtg/66.44.213.1.log!AVG!1000000,1000000!5000000,5000000!10
}
How do I setup the MRTG or the nagios to use the above directory or do I need to put it in another directory?
