What is the meaning of this:Ping warning. Duplicates found! How to solve it?

Can you give a little more context to that question? I have no idea what that message is related to.

When I add PIng service to the Host router, it prompt out: PING WARNING - DUPLICATES FOUND! Packet loss = 0%, RTA = 74.24 ms but the host status is up.
