My point was that /usr/sbin might night be such an appropriate place
for p1.pl, but that's beside the point.
Someone is going to have to point out where mods should be made,
because it appears to me that it should be getting installed. From
line 124 of nagios.spec:
make DESTDIR=${RPM_BUILD_ROOT} INSTALL_OPTS="" COMMAND_OPTS=""
install
