i'm using nagios 3.2.3(from YUM RPM) on centos 5.2(on esxi 4).
i'm getting lots of these errors:

i see that half of my services passed their schedule but are still pending.
another problem i have, is when i want to stop notifications from the webUI i can't get them back on. the only way to do it is to delete files from /var/nagios.
i'm also running graphs(like cacti) on this server so if i had a a time problem i would have had holes in the graphs.
i don't have a time problem in the server, and it is working with NTP.
