submit_check_result command format

Post by tellyfilms »

I am calling submit_check_result from the snmptt program to pass a trap through to Nagios.

When the program is triggered there appears to be no result generated.

I call the program with the line /usr/local/nagios/libexec/submit_check_result $r TRAP 1

and the result in the log file is

nagios3 logger: Nagios syncsort: script started
nagios3 logger: Nagios syncsort: checking on empthy values and wich check
nagios3 logger: type1 () empty, check type2
nagios3 logger: type2 () empty, check type3
nagios3 logger: type3 () empty, check type4
nagios3 logger: type4 () empty, check type5
nagios3 logger: type5 () empty, check 6
nagios3 logger: type6 1/3 () empty, check type6 2/3

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
