Is there a way to tie 2 Nagios installs together so that an offsite one sends alerts? We run Nagios here but DNS died so the internal machine could not send out an alert. There is an external Nagios watching to see if some external services are up but that is it. What would be the best way to have redundant monitoring to ensure that all alerts are sent out?
