Add new Host Commands

Dear reader,
I want to extend the page displayed by extinfo.cgi. I want to add new "Host Commands" to that interface (see image). An link like "Locate host on map". But instead i want to include a link with restart host, or something in that order.
My question: how can this be done in Nagios v3? One way is to alter extinfo.cgi is gues. But is there another way, possibly via website?
