How To Change Nagios Admin Pass ??

Hi,

i have successfully installed nagios and i have given password to it which i know bur when i try to login it do not login and keeps on giving the nagios core login screen i ahve also change the pass of nagios admin using,

[root@localhost]# make install-webconf
[root@localhost# htpasswd -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users nagiosadmin
New password:
Re-type new password:
Adding password for user nagiosadmin

but after changing the password problem remain same . .. .Is any one getting this issue ?

Just show your etc/httpd/conf.d/nagios.conf. Also what is your apache log says when enter the credentials?

It issue may be because of your apache configuration only.

Hi,

thanks for your reply when i again re install nagios core and when i reach at this stage ,

htpasswd -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users nagiosadmin

i get this error "bash:httpasswd command not found"

why i am getting this error right now???
