can anybody help me for solve problem now alarm has been enable on nagios but with every refresh page aalarm do how can i config for warning if is warning do in perid time 5 min and for crtitical in 10 min

As Trevor mentioned -

I don't see any options aside from just specifying the sound files to use, and whether to play sounds. There does not appear to be anything regarding a repeat frequency.
