As the new version of Nagios Core arrived iwould like to help me updating my old version.
I would like to know if there is any documentation for the update procedure or if you can tell me the steps i have to follow to update.

If you are currently running Core 4.x.x, you should be able to recompile the new version and over write the current version.

Make a backup so the configs and plugings before hand just in case.
