What guide did you follow when installing Nagios Core? I would run through it once again, as you're missing quite a few files / folders. See this article for our official document that explains the process - https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=96

Dear Sirs,
I believe that I found a reason for my problem. I want to know that it can be possible or Not.
Before install Nagios service I updated CentOS 7 in online. "yum update -y" Approximately It was 1.5 GB size. After update the OS several times I tried to install Nagios service. In first installation the service run correctly. but after restart the system error showed. I followed yours comments.
Finally I reinstalled CentOS7 another PC and didn`t update OS and installed nagios. now it`s working good.

Nagios should start without issue on a clean fully updated CentOS 7 post reboot.

It sounds like your issues are resolved, do you mind if we close this thread?

I think that my issue is resolved. I'm thanking for commented all of you members. Sometimes some help will be want on tomorrow from yours. So thank you very much.
