under the /root directory I copied over the old directory from an older version of nagios before I went to the latest version but under my /root here is my directories

when I go under /usr/local/nagios/libexec nagios is the owner of check_nt but under the /root where copied my original root is the owner

Can you run the tests using the new check_nt? There's no reason to run the checks as the old check_nt, unless you are trying to run both at the same time, which I am pretty sure is not going to work.

/usr/local/nagios/libexec as the nagios user the commands work. So if that is the case I need to fix a configuration to point to the /usr/local/nagios/libexec and not the /root/libexec how can I do that.
