Where to define parents child process

I cant find Host.cfg in my nagios core. So where to define the parents service?

The name of the config files is not actually important so if you are looking for a particular host to assign a parent to it is probably just in a different config file.

Whichever makes the most logical sense to you and makes it easy for you to manage. You can make host.cfg if you want and put your hosts in there... just make sure that the file is loaded by nagios.cfg.
