create a permission for readonly user to Acknowledge service

HI

i have create a readonly user (monitor) in nagios just for monitoring all service and hosts but now i want readonly user(monitor) can do Acknowledge this service problem

what permissions do i have to define ?

I think the Rapid Response is what you want, but as far as I can tell that is only available in XI. You should download a 60-day trial of XI if you haven't already. Try out the rapid response and let us know if that's what you want. If that does do what you want, it might be possible to build something similar in a future version of Core. There's no date set yet for Core 5, but 4.3 should be available in April. I did a couple of searches (example: https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... en%20rapid) and I did not see it as a current feature request.
