nagiosgraph was last updated 2015-08-31 and PHP 7 came out 3 December 2015, so I think there are likely to be some compatibility issues there. Likewise, the last update to pnp4nagios was 2015-01-03.
Unfortunately, upgrading nagiosgraph and pnp4nagios is outside the scope of support, but of course a community member could step in and help out.

I successfully installed MRTG. I found a bug in cron.
But the graph does not correspond with my idea.
