I have a question about notify tuning.
A contact is notified about CRITICAL and RECOVERY only, but he receives a RECOVERY notify when the service has been in WARNING state. It is normal, I know.
Is there a way to let him receive a RECOVERY notify only when it was a CRITICAL problem ? (Other than warn=crit or such)
