Good morning,

Can nagios monitor or pull windows disk i/o stats? and how to configure it if possible to set threshold.

To add to what @bwallace mentioned -

I believe there is a performance counter that has this metric, take a look at this article which explains how to monitor them in conjunction with NSClient++ - https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=127
