Can you please help me with the plugins to monitor the Groupware (SameTime, Lync, Outlook, Exchange).

Have you considered some of the plugins found here?

Is there one on particular you're having trouble configuring?
What types of things on SameTime, Lync, Outlook, Exchange, etc do you want to monitor / what are your monitoring requirements?
