unable to get process status

Hello All,
I am sort of new to linux or nagios and trying to monitor our linux servers. I have struggled a lot however I am unable to conclude what am I doing. i installed Nagios Core version 4.1.1 on Ubuntu 16.04 following these instructions : https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... untu-14-04
after i login on the web browser, i get the Unable to get process status error.

Did you start on a clean system? We generally recommend our official instructions which are available here - https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.p ... ategory=58 - might be faster to start from scratch real quick.

If that's not possible, can you show us a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Did an Ubuntu clean install, followed your instructions, Nagios is working. thanks

Awesome - there are a lot of different instructions in the wild which make troubleshooting a bit difficult at times. I do believe in ours though. :)

Are we good to mark this thread resolved?
