Nagios Upgrade

Post by matt.watts »

Hello,

I am very new to Nagios. My company is currently running Nagios Core Version 3.4.1. I have setup a new Linux server with Ubuntu 14.04 and have installed a new instance of Check_MK 1.2.4p5. What I want to do is to import the necessary configuration files including hosts from the Nagios Core instance to the new Check_MK instance. I also need to know how to setup email notifications within Check_MK. Any help offered is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

We aren't able to provide support for things we didn't write, such as Check_MK.

If you'd like to migrate off of your old version of Nagios Core to a new version, here's the document for that: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ading.html

If you tell us what you are looking for, we can help you decide if upgrading your Nagios Core will provide that for you.
