We'll get the documentation updated ... we plan on also having an upgrade document as well, priorities have just got in the way.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Upgrade to 4.3.1 proceed without issues on Debian. Please update online documentation.

Thanks for getting this sorted.

I have just installed 4.3.1 and after restarting the httpd and nagios services, I'm now back up and running. Until next time...

I'm going to lock this up as the OP's issue is resolved. If you are coming to this thread with a new problem in 4.3.0, please upgrade to 4.3.1. If you have a problem with 4.3.1, please start a new thread.
