Hi,
When i migrate my Nagios server (Debian 8, Nagios 4) to VM (on Nutanix) , the ping gives UNKNOWN status. i upgaded nagios to the latest version 4.3.1, but the problem persists.
Has any one an idea how to resolve this problem?
I can add that the same command on terminal works :
# /bin/ping -n -U -w 10 -c 5 192.168.1.225

Re: ping unknown Nagios on VM
What is the status output? An Unknown state can be many things, but without the status info it's hard to say for sure.
Can you also post the (sanitized) config files?
