problem about check_nrpe running check_oracle_health

hi ,
i'm test users oracle and nagios running "check_oracle_health --con --user --pass --mode tnsping" is OK,but i try to running "check_nrpe -H 127.0.0.1 -c check_tns" with users nagios and root is failed. msg:" CRITICAL - cannot connect to orcl. install_driver(oracle) failed: can't load '/usr/local/lib64/perl5/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.so' for module DBD::Oracle:libclntsh.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory at /usr/lib65/perl5/DynaLoader.pm line 190".
i try to config nrpe.cfg command "--environment LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/u01/app/oracle/product/12.2.0/dbhome_1/lib",running's failed msg: CRITICAL -cannot connect to orcl. error OCIEnvNIsCreate.check ORACLE_HOME(linux) env var or PATH (windows) and or NLS setting,"
I can't solve the problem, so need your help!
server:centos 7 x64 ,nagios 4.3.1
client:centos 7 x64 ,nrpe 3.0.1,nagios-plugins2.2.0,check_oracle_health-3.0.1,oracle 12C and oracle 10g
nagios profile:
export ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle
export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/12.2.0/dbhome_1
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOE/lib:/lib:/usr/lib
PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.local/bin:$HOME/BIN:$ORACLE_HOME/bin
export PATH

failed check-nrpe run check-oracle-health

hi,users oracle and nagios running 'check-oracle-health --conn... --mode tnsping' is ok.bui i try to check-nrpe run the command is fail. msg 'cannot connect to sid .can'tload '/usr/local/lib64/perl/auto/dbd/oracle/oracle.so'

edit nrpe.cfg
in command line,add "--environment LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/oracle/product/11.2/lib
--environment ORACLE_HOME=/usr/oracle/product/11.2",then running check_nrpe -H 127.0.0.1 -c check_****
