Alert History is empty

Alert History is empty

Hi,

The alert history for the both services and hosts. However, the notifications are sent out whenever there is threshold breach. But still the history reflects nothing.

This is the same for many servers and for some it works fine.

I checked the permissions of the user and everything looks fine.

Please suggest an immediate solution as the an event handler is enabled for ticket creation.

Please run tar -zcvf /tmp/supporttar.tar.gz /usr/local/nagios/etc and attach the file. If you are concerned about security, you can PM it to me. If you choose to PM, please make sure you update the thread so it shows back up on our support dashboard.

Also, what version of Core are you using? Was it compiled from source or installed from distro repos? On what OS/version is nagios running? cat /etc/*-release may be of use.

When you say you checked the permissions of the user, which user?
