Nagios Web interface not updating name change

Hi

i have nagios core

i renamed a host group and service description and it does not reflect to the GUI
i restarted the service and even rebooted the server and still the changes are not updating

any ideas?

What browser are you using?
Did you clear the cache?
What version of Core are you using?
Was it compiled from source or installed from distro repos?
On what OS/version is nagios running? cat /etc/*-release may be of use.

I figured it out...

i had a hostgroup definition in one of my templates that causes that effect
