Where can i download nagios agent for windows and linux. Whether nagios does agent or agent-less monitoring

NRPE needs some help on the Windows side. NRPE can run on anything where you can compile it which means the documentation is long, but you don't necessarily need everything in https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... utions.pdf

Nagios can use SNMP or WMI. For security purposes, these still need to be turned on on both Linux (no WMI here) and Windows (both options here).
