Plugin timed out while executing system call error

Sorry for the delayed reply to this thread. I had a bit of a medical emergency that forced me to take about 2 months off and I am just getting back to this issue now. Turns out the issue was a typo in the community string configured on the device. Lesson learned: never trust others to get the little things right.
