From the same host I uploaded by virtualbox a machine with parrot os, result is that I can see without problems nagios in parrot os while in the physical machine windows 7 keeps appearing not running

This is the problem... we have never encountered your issue before. Please attach these two files:

/var/log/httpd/access_log
/var/log/httpd/error_log

And open this url in a web browser and send a screenshot:

Also, clear the cache on the host which cannot connect and try again.

Nagios runs on centos 7 of 64, I have 53 host and 202 services. At first I connected in nagios by any computer in the network without problems now only can of informatica in the commune of "the counts" that use ip 192.168.1.xxx in the commune of hill where I am implementing only can connect one Comrade and only via google chrome no other browser can ip 192.168.2.xxx range and in the commune of "quilicura" the only computer there can not connect ip range 192.168.3.xxx, I did tests coming from other windows operating systems like Windows 10 and I can not, but with linux step without problems in any computer.
