List of all Nagios Core services that can be monitored

Would anyone be able to point me to the location that shows a complete list of available services that can be monitored on both a Windows & Linux server?

You can monitor any service on Windows or Linux. It just depends on how you want to get the info, and what info you want about the services.

There are a lot of plugins available at https://exchange.nagios.org/ but there are a lot also available on github that never make it to the exchange. Sometimes people post plugins in code blocks here on the forums.

You are asking a very broad question, but the starting points for monitoring Linux and Windows with Core are probably the following documents.
