It looks like the last check time stamp on the dependent service is no longer being updated.
The scheduled check on the "Scheduling Queue" is still showing the "SSH Check - HTTP" but the last check time stamp has also not been updated.
I guess the scheduling queue page stills shows all of the check but when the schedule is reached, nagios compares the configuration on the servicedependency for the involved services and determine what action is required for the child service based on the servicedependency configuration block (dont check is master is critial in this case).
Soo..... Problem Solved!!
