We are planning to migrate the Nagios Core from one server to another server.
Migrating from Cent OS 5 to Cent OS 7.
Can anyone please help me with the recomendations if any?
Also any documentation in this regard will be really appreciable.

Re: Migrating from one Server to Another Server
The actual OS move is something better suited for the CentOS forums. That said, you'll want to recompile core and the plugins.
Core instructions (followed by plugins instructions): https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=96#CentOS (be sure to pay attention to the version #s during the instructions!)
You'll also need to recompile any third-party compiled plugins (we may be able to help with this, but we'll need to know which plugins are giving you trouble). Any script-based plugins will probably work, but there could be differences between versions, so you'll want to test them before moving CentOS 7 to production.
