turn off a group drill down in bpi?

Post by unixcollege »

Hello, how do you turn off a group drill down in bpi? Lets say I have members in a sub level, but i don't want the members to be seen. What option do I use?

Thank you for your assistance.

What version of BPI and Core are you using?

Without knowing what I'm testing, I'd suggest taking a look at https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... iauth.html

Thank you for the reply. The nagios core version is 3.4.1. I am new to using nagios and bpi, can't figure out how to get the bpi version.

Thank you for your help.

There does not appear to be a way to do this from within bpi. This may be able to be done through apache users, but this will take some time and may require some additional development. The best thing to do is to put in a feature request at https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... issues/new

Thank you very much. I blame it on team lead who doesn't know how to say NO.

XI *does* have built-in user management. It's not perfect, and thus is getting a serious overhaul in a future release (https://www.nagios.com/roadmaps/), but it's certainly worth taking a look at what we offer now: https://www.nagios.com/downloads/nagios-xi/
