pnpgraphs not reporting after patches

I had the below patches installed on my server, after the patches were installed my server stopped generating pnpgraphs.

Transaction performed with:
Installed rpm-4.8.0-55.el6.x86_64 @centos-6-x86_64-os
Installed subscription-manager-1.17.6-1.el6.x86_64 @subs6
Installed yum-3.2.29-81.el6.centos.noarch @FNB_Centos_6_base_x86_64_6
Installed yum-metadata-parser-1.1.2-16.el6.x86_64 @anaconda-CentOS-201303050102.x86_64/6.4
Installed yum-plugin-fastestmirror-1.1.30-40.el6.noarch @FNB_Centos_6_base_x86_64_6
Installed yum-presto-0.6.2-1.el6.noarch @core-

I have a distributed monitoring platform, the server that is in question is a slave server.

I am using:

Check Mk Raw 1.2.8p20
OMD version 2.60-labs-edition
Version: Linux version 2.6.32-696.13.2.el6.centos.plus.x86_64 (Red Hat 4.4.7-18)
