Hi all,
I have to check that a windows Server2008R2 can reach, and access, an IMAP server.

The windows server have NSClient++, and is OS performance is monitored by Nagios Core

There is a NSClient++ pluging like check_imap?

Thanks,

I've never heard of one, these are all that are shared on the exchange
https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/P ... 4-and-POP3

and without first installing python or something else, idk.

Is there a reason you need to check it FROM the windows machine?

Network admin does not speak with system admin that not speak with everyone.

This time I'm only the sysadmin of a single application that runs on a win server, that reads a mailbox through IMAP. So if I add the plugin on the server all the ports are already opens, and maybe I have to convince only one person to modify the conf of Nagios.
