I am trying to add interfaces on nagios core one by one, and it works but is there method using auto-discovery to discover all interfaces and added one time?

I do not believe such a tool exists for Nagios Core.

Nagios XI has an auto-discovery tool. The switch/router configuration wizard can also automatically discover and configure interfaces on many network devices.
