Seeking Help Check MK not sending SMS

Hello,
apologies if this is located in the wrong area please feel free to move this thread.

We have nagios set up with Check MK, when we receive an alert from the server of any problems such as a critical uptime alert, a text message is supposed to be sent to a phone.
Our problem is that this is no longer working.

What does anyone suggest looking into to resolve this?

You'l have to excuse my ignorance, I am new to Check mk / nagios and have been thrown into the deep end with this task.

I'm not familiar with check MK. It's something that was not developed by Nagios.

But I can ask a few questions in regards to this probably.

Where are SMS alerts set up? Nagios? Check MK?

Can you screenshot or post the SMS configurations?
