Hosts not appearing in services overview

Post by okmokm »

I recently finished configuring a new nagios core instance (Version 4.3.4). There are 28 hosts, which is reflected when running "sudo /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg" and in the host status totals at the top of the webUI. However, if you click on the services tab and count the hosts only 25 are shown. If I navigate to the hosts and hostgroups tab I can see the "missing" hosts, which are up, and if I select view service details I see that all the checks are running. Any ideas why a few hosts wouldn't be shown in the services overview, but would be included in hosts and hostgroups overviews?

Thanks

I'm guessing that you're not seeing the "Limit Results" pull down, which defaults to 100 near the top of your list?
