How is the time in "Duration" on the dashboard/BUI calculated?

Hello, @yomiko. The duration is determined by subtracting the "Last state change" timestamp from the "current timestamp". Let me know if you have any other questions.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
