Are the notification commands defined in the generic-contact template that you are currently using? Can you show us the config?

What is the output of the following command?

Code: Select all

which mail
Have you tried sending an email from the command line?

Try:

Code: Select all

echo "Test Email" | /usr/bin/mailx -s "Test Subject" dzenis@gil.gmbh
Check your email to see if you got it. If not, review the mail.log as it is possible that your email got bounced.

Code: Select all

tail -50 /var/log/mail.log
