Nagwin 3.2.0 for Windows

Hello,
we need to make a product upgrade , namely to Nagwin 3.2.0 (Nagios Core 4.4.2).
This is currently in use for monitoring the servers on which our application is running.
The monitoring tool runs on Windows Server 2008 and I cannot find a suitable patch to make this upgrade; so far I've only found patches for different versions of Ubuntu.
Any links / ideas to this question would be highly appreciated.
