Was this service added before the earliest date in this report period?

the report can only determine state if it has an original state reading to go from.

When you ran the report what did you have specified for the field "First Assumed Service State:" ?

Hi,

I will post my reply here because I experience the same scenario.
What I specified in First Assumed Service State is "Unspecified"

Please check attached screenshot.

This is expected behavior if the objects don't know what their state was when the report period started
