NCPA 2.1.4 on Windows 2088 R2 Daatacentre

Hi,

I've installed ncap 2.1.4 on my windows 2008 R2 Datacenter machine. Installation was successfully, however there is no service ncpa_passive or ncpa_listener available in services. I can see ncpa installed in control panel. anyone experienced the same?

Hello charangandra,

The most common cause of this issue is when the NCPA installer is run from a non-administrator account. Windows will not allow a service to be installed from a non-admin account. Please uninstall NCPA and reinstall with "run as administrator" and let us know if this resolves your issue.
