Nagios Install : IP/Nagios not found

I completed the installation and received the following error when I went to visit the page in my broswer:

http://IP/nagios
Not Found
The requested URL /nagios was not found on this server.

I tried the basic url http://IP/
I get the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Test Page

So I must be missing something..

Did you run?

and then restart httpd?
